Minhaj Women League (MWL) London and Minhaj Sisters London organised a workshop about the rights of the deceased at the MQI Centre on Sun 2nd Feb, 2020.

The workshop was very informative and various aspects were covered.
- How to perform ghusl on women.
- How to wrap the body in white sheets in the correct manner.
- A Practical demonstration was carried out by Sister Nusrat Mahmood (President South Zone) and Sister Zareeda Shafiq (Head of Women’s Senior Advisory Council) on a female manicure and the process further clarified.
- An opportunity was provided for attendees to ask questions, which were answered comprehensively and participants actively engaged and really gained knowledge.

It was a very successful workshop and many attendees commented they really benefited from the demonstration and learnt many new things and were appreciative.

The workshop concluded with a tour of the entire MFS (Minhaj Funeral Services) area and the programme ended with a heartfelt Dua which brought tears in everyone’s eyes and reminded all about death and to prepare for it. Food was served to all the attendees at the end.
